Common Questions

Where is my order? Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update. You can also visit our Order Tracking page anytime.

Can I change or cancel my order? Orders can be modified or canceled within 2 hours of placement. After that, your order may already be in processing. Email us immediately at support@shirtvoro.com with your order number.

My item arrived damaged or with missing accessories. What do I do? Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or resolution at no cost to you.

Can I return an item? We accept returns within 30 days of delivery on unused items in original condition with all accessories and packaging included. See our full Refund Policy for details.

Is this rangefinder tournament legal? Models with a slope switch that allows slope compensation to be turned off are tournament legal when slope is disabled. Look for "Tournament Legal" or "Slope Switch" in the product title or description. If you are unsure about a specific model, email us before purchasing.

What battery does my rangefinder use? Most models use a CR2 lithium battery or are USB-C rechargeable. This is listed in the specifications section of each product page. If you need clarification on a specific model, contact us before ordering.
