How long does it take to process my order? All orders are processed within 1โ3 business days after payment is confirmed, Monday through Saturday. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
How long will delivery take? US orders typically arrive within 5โ8 business days after processing. Expedited (3โ5 days) and Express (1โ2 days) options are available at checkout. International orders take 7โ21 business days depending on destination. See our Shipping Policy for a full regional breakdown.
How do I track my order? Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24โ48 hours for tracking to update. You can also visit our Order Tracking page anytime.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it? Orders can be modified or canceled within 2 hours of placement. After that window, the order may already be in processing. Email support@shirtvoro.com immediately with your order number if you need to make a change.
Do you ship internationally? Yes, we ship worldwide. See our Shipping Policy for delivery times and costs by region.
Will I be charged customs duties or import taxes? International orders may be subject to customs fees depending on the destination country. These charges are the recipient's responsibility and are not included in the checkout total.
My order shows "Delivered" but I have not received it. What should I do? Check with neighbors and your building's front desk first. Then contact the carrier directly with your tracking number. If still missing after 3 business days, email support@shirtvoro.com with your order number.

What is your return policy? We accept returns within 30 days of delivery on unused items in original condition with all accessories, carry case, and packaging included. See our full Refund Policy for details.
How do I start a return? Email support@shirtvoro.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will respond within 1โ2 business days with return instructions if approved. Do not ship items back without prior approval.
Who pays for return shipping? If your item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, Shirtvoro covers return shipping. If you are returning for change of mind or ordered the wrong model, return shipping is the customer's responsibility.
How long does a refund take? Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 5โ10 business days to your original payment method. Your bank may require additional time to post the credit.
My item arrived with missing accessories. What should I do? Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number, photos of what was received, and a description of what is missing. We will send the missing items or provide a resolution at no cost.

What is the difference between a golf rangefinder and a hunting rangefinder? Golf rangefinders are optimized for pin-seeking accuracy at shorter ranges (600โ1300 yards), and most include slope compensation and flag lock vibration features useful on a course. Hunting rangefinders prioritize longer range detection, often come in camo finishes, and are designed for use in variable outdoor conditions where target acquisition speed matters more than flag lock precision.
What does "slope compensation" mean and is it legal for tournament play? Slope compensation calculates the adjusted distance based on the incline or decline of the terrain โ giving you a "plays like" distance rather than a straight-line measurement. Most models in our catalog feature a slope switch that lets you toggle slope off for tournament-legal use. Models labeled "Tournament Legal" in the title confirm this switch is included.
What does "flag lock" or "pin lock" mean? Flag lock (also called pin lock or Jolt) is a feature that causes the rangefinder to vibrate briefly when it successfully locks onto the flagstick rather than background objects behind the pin. This confirms you are measuring to the flag, not to trees or a hill behind it.
What does "magnetic mount" mean? A magnetic mount allows you to attach the rangefinder to a golf cart rail or other metal surface using a built-in or case-mounted magnet. This keeps the device accessible during play without storing it in your bag between shots.
What is the difference between a 1000M and 1300Y rangefinder? The measurement unit is different โ meters versus yards. 1000 meters is approximately 1094 yards, and 1300 yards is approximately 1189 meters. Both represent similar effective ranges for typical golf and hunting use. Always check whether the product description lists the range in yards or meters to compare accurately.
What battery does my rangefinder use and is it included? Most rangefinders in our catalog use a CR2 lithium battery or are USB-C rechargeable. Battery type and whether it is included are listed in the specifications section of each product page. USB-C rechargeable models do not require replacement batteries.
How do I know if a rangefinder is rechargeable or battery-powered? Products with "USB-C Rechargeable" or "Rechargeable" in the title use a built-in battery charged via USB-C. All others use a replaceable CR2 battery. Check the product page specifications section for confirmation.
What is a thermal imaging camera used for? Thermal imaging cameras detect heat signatures rather than visible light, allowing you to identify temperature variations invisible to the naked eye. Common uses include HVAC diagnostics (finding heat loss, blockages, and duct issues), electrical inspections (identifying overloaded circuits or failing components), home energy audits, and building inspections. They are not designed for photography or video recording.
What is a Brix refractometer used for? A Brix refractometer measures the sugar content (Brix percentage) of liquids. It is commonly used for testing the ripeness of fruits, checking the sugar level of juices and beverages, and quality control in food production. Our digital models provide fast, accurate readings without manual scale interpretation.
What is a coating thickness gauge used for? A coating thickness gauge measures the thickness of paint, lacquer, or other coatings applied over metal surfaces. It is commonly used in automotive pre-purchase inspections to detect repainted panels that may indicate prior accident damage or bodywork, as well as in industrial quality control and restoration projects.
Can I use a golf rangefinder for hunting? Many golf rangefinders can be used for hunting at moderate ranges, but they are optimized for pin-seeking rather than target acquisition in variable terrain. If your primary use is hunting, models in our Hunting Rangefinders collection are better suited โ they feature longer effective ranges, camo designs, and faster target acquisition modes.
Are your rangefinders waterproof? Water resistance varies by model. Some products are rated IPX4 or IPX6 for water resistance. Please check the specifications section on the individual product page. We do not recommend submerging any device in water regardless of its rating.

What payment methods do you accept? We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay. All transactions are processed securely at checkout.
Is your checkout secure? Yes. Our store uses SSL encryption across all pages and checkout is powered by Shopify's secure payment infrastructure. We do not store your full payment details.
Can I use multiple discount codes on one order? Only one discount code can be applied per order at checkout.
I entered the wrong email at checkout. Will I still receive my confirmation? If you entered an incorrect email, you may not receive your order confirmation or tracking email. Contact support@shirtvoro.com with your name, approximate order time, and shipping address and we will locate your order.
๐ ๏ธ Warranty & After-Sales
Do your products come with a warranty? Yes. All Shirtvoro products carry a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects under normal use conditions. The warranty covers internal component failure, optical defects not caused by physical damage, and electronic malfunctions under normal operating conditions. It does not cover damage from dropping, water exposure beyond the product's rated resistance, or use outside the device's specified operating conditions.
How do I make a warranty claim? Email support@shirtvoro.com with your order number, a clear description of the defect, and photos or a short video showing the issue. Our team will review your claim within 1โ2 business days and advise on next steps.
What happens if my product is damaged during shipping? Inspect your order upon delivery. If anything is damaged, contact us within 7 days with photos of the damage and the outer packaging. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost.
