Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day. During peak seasons or high-volume promotional periods, processing may take up to 3 business days.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

If an order is refused at customs and returned to us, the original shipping cost is non-refundable.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after your shipping confirmation is sent.

Fragile & Precision Equipment
Some products — including laser rangefinders, thermal imaging cameras, and precision measurement instruments — are packaged with additional protective materials to prevent damage in transit. These items may require extra preparation time before dispatch.
Please inspect all precision equipment carefully upon delivery and retain all original packaging and protective foam inserts until you have confirmed the product is fully functional.
Multiple Shipments
If your order contains multiple items, they may ship separately depending on product size, warehouse availability, or carrier requirements. You will not be charged additional shipping fees beyond what was shown at checkout. Each shipment will have its own tracking number.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. If you notice an error after placing your order, please contact us immediately at support@shirtvoro.com.
We will do our best to update the address before the order ships. Once an order has been dispatched, we cannot guarantee address changes. Shirtvoro is not responsible for packages lost or delayed due to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
If your tracking shows "Delivered" but you have not received your package, please:
- Check with neighbors and your building's mailroom or front desk
- Contact the shipping carrier directly with your tracking number
- Wait 3 business days, as carriers occasionally update tracking prematurely
